'Nastics.
Dingbat has started taking gymnastics class on Fridays - she gets pretty pumped to go bounce and flip around and for the rest of the day, she says 'nastics, nastics, nastics'

What fun you are having jumping around & tumbling. You will have to show daddy & mommy how to do a tumbling trick, but do let them get hurt. Love ya.
