Reverse stroller.

Most people sit in the stroller...elle prefers to let the stroller sit on her:

Uptown Cabaret.

A few weeks ago, we had to make a tough decision - do we put elle in music class again, or sign her up for something more artsy?

One half of the household thought that she should take a gymnastics class, but the other half thought that she should have something that would round-out her development.

The other side of the house won the discussion and she was enrolled the next week.

I was pretty hesitant to give-in, but as you can see in the picture below, elle is learning tons in her Baby Stripper and Pole Dancing classes!

Walgreens.

With all of the excitement of February (Groundhog Day, Super Bowl, Happy Monday, Super Tuesday, National Pancake Day, Mardi Gras...) - we almost forgot about Black History Month - luckily, Walgreen's has stayed true to the spirit of the season.

After all, what could be more relevant than a sale on Jumbo cotton balls?

ESBRU.

5 years ago today, I ran in one one of my favorite races - The Empire State Building Run-Up.

86 flights, a whole bunch of turns, clouds of stairwell dust, and lots of elbows from trying to pass people - the finish line was outside on the observation deck - held up by our buddy King Kong.

It must be genetic....elle in training for 2016:

No Shadow

Punxsatawny Phil and (the slightly less famous) Staten Island Chuck have both seen their shadows this morning - which means another 6 weeks of winter.

However...elle made her own groundhog this week, and he has declared that Spring is 'fierce and delicious' - so put away the scarf and gloves until next year!

She presents to you...Tarrytown Tito, the transvestite groundhog:
